Cheyenne River welcomes worldwide participants to anti-pipeline hunger strike.
Cheyenne River Indian Reservation was recently the site of a two-day hunger strike in solidarity with the children of Heiltsuk First Nation, who were fasting during the same period to express opposition to the construction of Canada’s Northern Gateway oil pipeline.
