Will TransCanada Make a New Keystone Bid?


(The Hill)Canadian oil giant TransCanada said on Friday that it will seek a new permit for the controversial Keystone XL pipeline hours after Pres. Barack Obama rejected the project culminating a seven-year review. “Today’s decision deals a damaging blow to jobs, the economy and the environment on both sides of the border,” company president and CEO Russ Girling said in a statement.
